- Absolutely, with treatment and support

- No, but it is 100% manageable when given the correct tools. With the right combination of

medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, and

support, many people live stable and fulfilling lives with bipolar disorder

(Can diet or supplements help?)

- They can support you but they cannot replace medical treatment, which is the best option.


(How do I help a loved one with bipolar disorder?)

- be supportive, learn about the condition in depth and encourage treatment and talk to them when you see signs of an episode


(What’s the difference between mania and hypomania?)

- Mania is a more severe “high” state, which often requires hospitalization, while hypomania is a milder version where you are mostly just very energetic or productive, your still in control


(Can I work or go to school with bipolar disorder?)

- Yes, many people with bipolar disorder successfully pursue education and careers, although you may need support or accommodations during episodes it’s 100% okay, mental health always comes first
